  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over £50 with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • All original tags and protective coverings must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Shower heads that have been installed or used
  • Shower valves that show signs of installation
  • Any bathroom furniture with removed protective packaging

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Process
