Our Returns Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
- All original tags and protective coverings must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Shower heads that have been installed or used
- Shower valves that show signs of installation
- Any bathroom furniture with removed protective packaging
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for approval: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Package your item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all included materials.
- Ship your return: Send the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your return approval email.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
